Main floor and kitchen
Before
The homeowners wanted a more open, updated, and functional kitchen. The wife is an accomplished cook who needed exceptional appliances and more efficient organization in this charming 1949 Edina home.
After
Removing the wall between the kitchen and entry opened up the space and allowed for a seating area. Updated cabinetry with more functional storage solutions and top-of-the-line appliances were also incorporated into the design. Outdated oak floors were refinished with a beautiful mocha stain.
Must-see Features
Luxury paneled appliances highlight the cream maple cabinetry that include innovative organization solutions. The handmade crackled glass-tiled backsplash complements the organic quartzite countertop.
