This Deephaven landscape was designed with year-round enjoyment in mind. From the start, the homeowners envisioned a space where family and friends could gather, play tennis and pickleball, and relax by the lake. Their must-have features included a lap-size swimming pool, concrete spa, and easy lake access.

To achieve this, Yardscapes Inc. embraced the home’s modern architecture by designing a landscape that echoed its clean, linear aesthetic. From the patios to the plantings, each outdoor element was carefully chosen to act as a seamless extension of the home. This
effortless integration was thanks to a thoughtful collaboration with Kyle Hunt & Partners, Sharratt Design & Co., and Darsi Floersch Interiors—all of which ensured every detail aligned with the homeowners’ vision.

A standout feature is the lakeside terrace, which boasts retractable screens for all-weather flexibility, versatile entertaining spaces, and breathtaking views. Now, as the homeowners unwind by the pool and take in the beauty of Lake Minnetonka, one thing is clear—the most rewarding part of the project was working with clients who fully trusted the design-build team to bring their exceptional visions to life.
