How long have you been in business? Aspect has been operation in the Minneapolis market for about two years. Shaun and I were previously building in the Denver area, but were pulled back home to be closer to family.
Why should someone build with you? As a personal builder, we are involved in all aspects of the design and build from the very beginning. Being part of the process early on allows for a personal, tailored experience with each client. We are able to continually reference our clients’ vision, and interpret the build through their eyes, not our own.
What’s the first step in the process of working with a builder/remodeler? We usually start with a sit-down meeting where we do a lot of listening. From that initial meeting, we come up with a game plan for an overall scope of work and an initial budget concept.
How many homes do you build on an annual basis? How many luxury homes? Depending on size and scope, we limit ourselves to partnering with 2-6 clients per year.
What communities do you primarily build in? We are mostly in Minneapolis and the western suburbs, but are agile enough to take on projects anywhere in the Twin Cities area.
