In its most recent model home project, Highmark Builders employed a classic, yet contemporary approach to create a home that marries cottage charm to modern amenities. As part of The Ranch of Credit River—a new luxury acreage development in which Highmark Builders is one of four builder partners—the home embraces the peace and tranquility of the rural setting while remaining convenient and connected to the surrounding communities.
From outside, the timeless exterior shines with a blend of shaker and board-and-batten siding, with black-frame windows connecting indoors and out. Immediately inside the front door, guests are greeted with breathtaking ceiling details, which are complemented by a soothing neutral color palette and organic textures.
