When the clients for this custom home contacted Streeter Custom Builder, they had two requests. First, that Streeter would build and facilitate the design process to accomplish their overarching goals. And second, that the finished project would offer more privacy and a stronger integration with the outdoors. After living downtown for many years, the clients knew they were ready for a retreat into nature.

This expansive lot in Golden Valley offers just that and more. A massive patio with an outdoor kitchen flanks the large pool; gardens and landscaping liven up the backyard; and other outdoor gathering areas maximize the integration of indoor/outdoor living that the clients were searching for.

The interior of this modern home reflects a family-friendly, casual vibe that is perfect for everyday activities and frequent gatherings with family and friends.
