Since its recognition on The Expert Top 40 list earlier this year, Minneapolis-based Anne McDonald Design has only seemed to grow in popularity. In fact, the design firm was recently recruited to curate a virtual showroom of personally selected products for clients to shop directly on The Expert platform. Anne McDonald, founder and principal designer, described the showroom in a social media announcement as a collection of her “ride or dies, tried and trues, [and] non-negoshs for when I’m designing or styling a project. Some are spendy, some aren’t. Some are fancy, some are just cute.”

Comprised of over 100 hand-selected products, the showroom makes it easier than ever to re-create the signature look of an Anne McDonald design. “What I appreciate about The Expert is that it brings a high level of design to everyday consumers,” she explains. “[The showroom] offers a way to get into my head and see how I think about design. Some of the items included are trade only, meaning you wouldn’t normally have access to them—but now, with The Expert, you do.”

And who knows—the showroom might be just the thing you need to inspire your next home project. Shop McDonald’s design essentials and book a one-on-one consultation for expert guidance on everything from furniture placement and fixtures to color schemes, material selections, and more.
