Gone are the days of bright red leather booths and cowhide accents—Red Cow’s North Loop restaurant has entered a new era with a Baja California-inspired aesthetic, courtesy of the designers at MartinPatrick 3. The once dark, pub-like atmosphere has given way to a lighter, more refined setting featuring geometric wallpaper, abstract art, and sculptural lighting. “We still are who we are,” says Owner Luke Shimp. “We’ve just changed the colors a bit.”
