Set in downtown Minneapolis, this year’s festival features performers such as Polica, Dillinger Four, and Brother Ali, as well as “Artist Avenue,” housing retailers like Indigo Sun Jewelry, Soft Life Goods, and Kelly’s Candles, among many others.
