Just three evenings a year the artists at the Northrup King Building in Northeast Minneapolis open their studios to the public, vending home goods and art for your perusal—from ceramics to photography and beyond. The first installment of Northrup King Nights occurs in January (as well as March and September). The event is an energetic opportunity to find something new for your home or simply to be inspired. Parking is free and studios are open late. Jan. 10, 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. @ Northrup King Building. northrupkingbuilding.com

Minneapolis Vintage Market

Dozens of local vintage resellers, collectors, and selectors gather monthly for the MPLS Vintage Market. While a majority of the market is dedicated to clothing, many vendors also have home goods like wall decor, small furniture, and more on site. Meet traders with great taste, and discover those who have storefronts to visit outside market hours. Jan. 18, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. @ Quincy Hall. mplsvintagemarket.com
