Take a deep dive into the world of California wines—without leaving Minnesota. Presenting sponsor of Minnesota Monthly’s annual Food & Wine Experience, J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines, is hosting the “Highway 101 Road Trip” seminar before the main event, both Saturday, March 14 and Sunday, March 15, to guide participants through an exploration of wines from California’s Central Coast.
As one of the premier wineries in California, J. Lohr produces wines from the cooler Arroyo Seco region in Monterey and the warm, heat-soaked climate of Paso Robles. During this immersive experience, you will taste a variety of different wines, learning about the regions, vineyards, and how founder Jerry Lohr’s vision still shows in every bottle the winery produces.
A few wines of note that will be featured including:
- J. Lohr Paperwhite Unoaked Chardonnay (NEW)
- J. Lohr Seven Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon
- J. Lohr Flume Crossing Sauvignon Blanc
- And more
