Now serving the Twin Cities metro area, Perfection Custom Closets brings decades of expertise in custom storage solutions with its new showroom in Lakeville.
While the showroom is new to the local market, the company has operated a manufacturing facility in the suburb for over 25 years, supplying closet systems nationwide. Owner Aman Bajwa saw an opportunity to expand services directly to Minnesota homeowners, calling Lakeville a “great location to do business” due to its “access to a lot of good resources and a booming residential market around the Twin Cities.” With this expansion, Perfection Custom Closets now offers direct-to-consumer services, making high-quality, customized storage solutions more accessible.
Bajwa, an entrepreneur with a background in Minnesota’s woodworking and millwork industry, acquired the Kambium Group’s Lakeville facility in 2018 after spending 15 years on Wall Street. He later expanded operations by acquiring Perfection Custom Closets in 2022.
The company emphasizes a transparent, customer-focused approach, offering free design consultations and 3D digital renderings to help clients visualize their new spaces before committing to a project. “Our expert designers are already working with clients to create custom storage solutions that elevate closets, offices, pantries, laundry rooms, garages, entertainment centers, wall beds, and more,” the company shared in a statement.

As Perfection Custom Closets continues to grow in Lakeville, it remains committed to the local community, supporting organizations such as Virtual Aviation of Minnesota, Children’s Minnesota Foundation, and internship programs for students. Its expansion provides homeowners with more options for optimizing their spaces while benefiting from local expertise and craftsmanship.
